The Black Heart Reset is a private, 60-minute virtual coaching session combining creative reflection with practical, non-clinical coaching. Together, we'll identify what's weighing on you, explore what you can control and what may need to be released, and turn those insights into realistic next steps. You'll leave with your personalized 7-Day Reset Plan and the Black Heart Reset Workbook to continue your progress after the session.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice and missed appointments are non-refundable. If an emergency or unexpected circumstance occurs, please contact Black Heart Art Coaching as soon as possible. Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Black Heart Art Coaching reserves the right to reschedule a session when necessary.
